This policy explains how Vardhayan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Vardhayan”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to meet the requirements of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors from the EU/UK, the GDPR.
Data we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, company and message when you submit a contact, demo, quote or job application form, including any CV you upload.
- Usage data — pages visited, browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through analytics cookies if you accept them.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the demo, quote or information you asked for.
- To assess job applications.
- To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us at the address on our contact page. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public web directory and are only available to authorised staff.
